The primary market focus of the Company is the existing motor vehicles under commercial registry in the US and Canada. The Company is accessing these markets using an industry-by-industry plan that utilizes both authorized resellers and employed sales representatives.

The company was formed in 1999 in South Carolina. In 2010 the company was moved the company to California.
